Common use of Other Closing Documents Clause in Contracts

Other Closing Documents. The Sellers shall have received such other certificates, instruments and documents in confirmation of the representations and warranties of the Buyer and Parent or in furtherance of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement as the Sellers, the Executive Shareholders or their counsel may reasonably request, including, without limitation, the Management Agreement in form and substance satisfactory to the Executive Shareholders.
