Common use of Other Claims Clause in Contracts

Other Claims. 74. By issuance of this Settlement, the United States and EPA assume no liability for injuries or damages to persons or property resulting from any acts or omissions of Respondents. The United States or EPA shall not be deemed a party to any contract entered into by Respondents or their directors, officers, employees, agents, successors, representatives, assigns, contractors, or consultants in carrying out actions pursuant to this Settlement.

The Neither the United States or nor EPA nor the State shall not be deemed a party to any contract entered into by Respondents Lessee or their its directors, officers, employees, agents, successors, representatives, assigns, contractors, or consultants in carrying out actions pursuant to this Settlement.

Other Claims. 7496. By issuance of agreeing to this Settlement, the United States States, EPA, DEQ, and EPA the State assume no liability for injuries or damages to persons or property resulting from any acts or omissions of RespondentsPurchaser. The United States States, EPA, State, or EPA DEQ shall not be deemed a party to any contract entered into by Respondents Purchaser or their its directors, officers, employees, agents, successors, representatives, assigns, contractors, or consultants in carrying out actions pursuant to this Settlement.

The United States or EPA and the State shall not be deemed a party to any contract entered into by Respondents Purchaser or their directors, officers, employees, agents, successors, representatives, assigns, contractors, or consultants in carrying out actions pursuant to this Settlement.
