Common use of Other Capacities Clause in Contracts

Other Capacities. All references in this Indenture to the Trustee shall be deemed to refer to the Trustee in its capacity as Trustee and in its capacities as any Agent, to the extent acting in such capacities, and every provision of this Indenture relating to the conduct or affecting the liability or offering protection, immunity or indemnity to the Trustee shall be deemed to apply with the same force and effect to the Trustee acting in its capacity as any Agent.

Other Capacities. All references in this Indenture to the Trustee shall be deemed to refer to the Trustee in its capacity as Trustee and in its capacities as any Agent, to the extent acting in such capacities, and every provision of this Indenture relating to the conduct or affecting the liability or offering protection, immunity or indemnity to the Trustee shall be deemed to apply with the same force and effect to the Trustee acting in its capacity capacities as any Agent.

Other Capacities. All references in this Indenture to the Trustee with the exception of Section 7.1(a) shall be deemed to refer to the Trustee in its capacity as Trustee and in its capacities as any Agent, to the extent acting in such capacities, and every provision of this Indenture relating to the conduct or affecting the liability or offering protection, immunity or indemnity to the Trustee shall be deemed to apply with the same force and effect to the Trustee acting in its capacity as any Agent.

All Except as otherwise specifically provided herein, (i) all references in this Indenture to the Trustee shall be deemed to refer to the Trustee in its capacity as Trustee and in its capacities as any Agent, to the extent acting in such capacities, Security Registrar and Paying Agent and (ii) every provision of this Indenture relating to the conduct or affecting the liability or offering protection, immunity or indemnity to the Trustee shall be deemed to apply with the same force and effect to the Trustee acting in its capacity capacities as any Agent.Paying Agent and Security Registrar. All references in this Indenture to the Trustee shall be deemed to refer to the Trustee in its capacity as Trustee and in its capacities as any Agent and the Collateral Agent, to the extent acting in such capacities, and every provision of this Indenture relating to the conduct or affecting the liability or offering protection, immunity or indemnity to the Trustee shall be deemed to apply with the same force and effect to the Trustee acting in its capacity capacities as any Agent and the Collateral Agent.

Other Capacities. All references in this Indenture to the Trustee shall be deemed to refer to the Trustee in its capacity as Trustee and in its capacities as any Securities Registrar, Paying Agent or Conversion Agent, to the extent acting in under such capacities, and every provision of this Indenture relating to the conduct or affecting limiting the liability or offering protection, immunity immunity, indemnity or indemnity reimbursement to the Trustee shall be deemed to apply with the same force and effect to the Trustee acting in its capacity capacities as any Securities Registrar, Paying Agent or Conversion Agent.

All Except as otherwise specifically provided herein, (i) all references in this Indenture to the Trustee shall be deemed to refer to the Trustee in its capacity as Trustee and in its capacities as any Agent, to the extent acting in such capacities, Debt Securities Registrar and Paying Agent and (ii) every provision of this Indenture relating to the conduct or affecting the liability or offering protection, immunity or indemnity to the Trustee shall be deemed to apply with the same force and effect to the Trustee acting in its capacity capacities as any AgentPaying Agent and Debt Securities Registrar.
