Other Benefits. During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all executive and employee benefit plans and programs of the Company on the same basis as provided generally to other senior executives of the Company. The Company reserves the right to amend or cancel any such plan or program in its sole discretion, Executive’s participation will be subject to the eligibility criteria and other terms and conditions of such plan plans, programs and arrangements, as they may be amended, terminated, approved or program and applicable lawadopted by the Company from time to time.
