Common use of Other Benefits Clause in Contracts

Other Benefits. Throughout the term of this Agreement, Employer shall provide Executive with reasonable health insurance, disability and other employee benefits. Executive shall participate in all employee benefit plans and programs of Employer on a basis at least as favorable as that accorded to any other officer of Employer.

Profit Sharing Plan.
