Common use of Other Benefits Clause in Contracts

Other Benefits. During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all of the employee benefit plans, programs and arrangements of the Company in effect during the Employment Period which are generally available to senior executives of the Company, subject to and on a basis consistent with the terms, conditions and overall administration of such

Other Benefits. In addition, during the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to fringe benefits and perquisites comparable to those generally available to all other senior executives of the Company, as amended from time to time.

During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all of the employee pension, welfare, perquisites, fringe benefit, and other benefit plans, practices, policies and programs and arrangements of generally applicable to the Company in effect during the Employment Period which are generally available to most senior executives of the Company, subject to and Company on a basis consistent with and on terms no less favorable than that provided to the terms, conditions and overall administration of suchExecutive immediately prior to the Effective Date.

Other Benefits. Other Benefits. During the Employment Periodterm of employment, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all of the employee other benefit plans, plans or programs and arrangements of the Company in effect during the Employment Period which are generally available to employees of the Company or to a class of employees that includes senior executives of the Company, subject to and on a basis consistent with the terms, conditions and overall administration of such.

Other Benefits. During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all of the Company's employee benefit plans, plans and programs and arrangements of the Company in effect during the Employment Period which fringe benefits that are generally available to senior executives of the CompanyCompany from time to time, subject including, but not to the extent resulting in duplicative benefits, the benefit plans and on a basis consistent with programs and fringe benefit arrangements generally made available to members of the terms, conditions and overall administration Management Executive Committee of suchthe Company (or any successor management governing committee).

Other Benefits. Other Benefits. During the Employment PeriodTerm of Executive's employment, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all other benefits, perquisites, vacation days, benefit plans or programs of the employee benefit plans, programs Company which are available generally to office employees and arrangements other employees of the Company in effect during the Employment Period which are generally available to senior executives of the Company, subject to and on a basis consistent accordance with the termsterms of such plans, conditions and overall administration benefits or programs. The Company reserves the right to amend or cancel any such plan or program in its sole discretion, subject to the terms of such plan or program and on a basis consistent with the terms, conditions and overall administration of suchapplicable law.
