Common use of Other Assurances Clause in Contracts

Other Assurances. The Administrative Agent shall have received such other approvals, opinions or documents as any Lender through the Administrative Agent may reasonably request related to the Transactions. Each Notice of Borrowing and Competitive Bid Request submitted by the Borrower hereunder shall constitute a representation and warranty by the Borrower hereunder, as of the date of each such notice, application or request and as of the date of each Borrowing relating thereto, that the conditions in this Section 5.02 are satisfied.

Other Assurances. The Administrative Agent shall have received such other approvals, opinions or documents as any Lender or any Issuing Bank through the Administrative Agent may reasonably request related to the Transactions. Each notice under Section 2.12 requesting the issuance of a Letter of Credit and each Notice of Borrowing and Competitive Bid Request submitted by the Borrower hereunder shall constitute a representation and warranty by the Borrower hereunder, as of the date of each such notice, application or request and as of the date of each Borrowing relating thereto, that the conditions in this Section 5.02 are satisfied.
