Other Applicable Payments. 9.1 In addition to the other sections we may also charge you for any costs that are not set out in the contract including third party costs, reasonable administrative or legal costs and expenses incurred by or on our behalf in relation to the agreement. Also including but not limited to proceedings under the agreement, arbitration, debt collection or recovery action, stopping supply, de-energisation, and re- energisation of supply, late or non-payment of any amount due, where you failed to keep an appointment with us or our agent, or not allowing meter readings or carrying out any work on your meter and any other amounts that by law or industry practice we are entitled to claim.
