Common use of Other Amounts Payable Clause in Contracts

Other Amounts Payable. (A) The Borrower hereby further expressly agrees to pay to the Trustee as and when the same shall become due, (i) an amount equal to the initial and annual fees of the Trustee for the ordinary services of the Trustee rendered and its ordinary expenses incurred under the Indenture, including fees and expenses as Paying Agent and the reasonable fees and expenses of Trustee’s counsel, including fees and expenses as registrar and in connection with preparation and delivery of new Bonds upon exchanges or transfers, (ii) the reasonable fees and expenses of the Trustee and any Paying Agents on the Bonds for acting as paying agents as provided in the Indenture, including reasonable fees and expenses of its counsel, (iii) the reasonable fees and charges of the Trustee for extraordinary services rendered by it and extraordinary expenses incurred by it under the Indenture, including reasonable counsel fees and expenses, and (iv) reasonable fees and expenses of Bond Counsel and the Authority for any future action requested of either.
