Common use of Other Amounts Due Clause in Contracts

Other Amounts Due. If any amount (other than principal of any Loan) payable by the Borrowers under any Credit Document is not paid when due (after the expiration of any applicable grace periods), whether at stated maturity, by acceleration or otherwise, then at the request of the Required Lenders, such amount shall thereafter bear interest at a fluctuating interest rate per annum at all times equal to the Default Rate to the fullest extent permitted by applicable Laws.
