Other Agreements with Respect to Indemnification. The provisions of this Section shall supersede the provisions set forth in Section II of the standard terms and conditions of the engagement letter, dated October 30, 2019, among the Company, BofAS, the Selling Stockholder and other parties named therein. The provisions of this Section shall not otherwise affect any agreement among the Company and the Selling Stockholder with respect to indemnification.
