Other Affiliations. Nothing in this Agreement shall prohibit any party from affiliating or contracting with any other entity for any purpose whatsoever.
Other Affiliations. Employee shall not perform consultation or other services for any other company, corporation, or other commercial enterprise (other than for subsidiaries or affiliates of the Company), during the term of his employment under this Agreement; provided, however, that with the prior consent of the Board of Directors Employee may serve as a member of the Board of Directors of one or more corporations that do not directly or indirectly compete with the Company, as determined in the sole discretion of the Board of Directors. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Employee shall be subject to Section 7 of this Agreement related to confidential information of the Company at all times that Employee serves on any such other Board of Directors.

Other Affiliations. The Parties will cooperate to xxxxxx collaborations in academic, research, scientific and clinical areas. Each Party's Board must approve additional parties to the Affiliation Agreement.

Employee shall at all times be subject to the obligations of Employee Confidential Information and Inventions Agreement to be executed by Employee pursuant to Section 5 of this Agreement, including when performing services for others permitted under this Section 4.1.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Employee shall be subject to Section 8 of this Agreement related to confidential information of the Company at all times that Employee serves on any such other Board of Directors. The Employee’s current positions as director of each of Acorn Cardiovascular and Intuitive Surgical, Inc. are hereby consented to by the Company’s Board of Directors.
Other Affiliations. Executive shall not perform consultation or other services for any other company, corporation, or other commercial enterprise (other than for subsidiaries or affiliates of the Company), during the term of Executive’s employment under this Agreement, unless Executive has received written approval to do so from the Chief Executive Officer.
Other Affiliations. Members, whether Regular or Player, shall not be required to be affiliated with another organization or group to qualify as members of the Local League. Regular Members should not be actively engaged in the promotion and/or operation of any other baseball/softball program.
Other Affiliations. Employee shall not perform consultation or other services for any other company, corporation, or other commercial enterprise (other than for subsidiaries or affiliates of the Company) engaged in the manufacturing, selling or marketing of (i) devices used for or in connection with cardiovascular mechanical circulatory support and (ii) point of care diagnostic products or tests, during the term of Employee’s employment under this Agreement (including during the Part Time Employment Period), unless Employee has received prior written approval to do so from the Chief Executive Officer.
Other Affiliations. The Company represents, covenants and agrees that the set of terms, rates and conditions set forth in this Agreement and the Ancillary Agreements are no less favorable than those extended to any third party cable operator in connection with the provision of ISP Channel services. If the Company or any of its affiliates offer ISP Channel services to any third party cable operator on a set of terms, rates and conditions more favorable than those specified in this Agreement and the Ancillary Agreements, taken as a whole, then the Company shall offer to Mediacom such set of terms, rates and conditions.
