Other Acts. From time to time, do and perform any and all acts and execute any and all documents as may be necessary or as reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent in order to effect the purposes of this Agreement and to protect the rights of the Administrative Agent and the Lenders hereunder and under the Notes.
