Common use of Other Acts Clause in Contracts

Other Acts. Execute and deliver, or cause to be executed and delivered, to Lender all further documents and perform all other acts and things which Lender deems necessary or appropriate to protect or perfect any security interests in any property directly or indirectly securing payment of any indebtedness of Borrower to Lender.
