Other Activity. Notwithstanding the foregoing, subject to his fiduciary duties to the Company under applicable law, the Company acknowledges and understands that the Employee may serve as a director of other companies not in competition with the Company provided, however, that the performance of such services shall not restrict or limit in any manner the Employee’s ability to perform his duties hereunder.
