OTCBB Quotation. The Parent shall have maintained its status as a Company whose common stock is quoted on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board and no reason shall exist as to why such status shall not continue immediately following the Closing.
OTCBB Quotation. The Company shall have maintained its status as a company whose common stock is quoted on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board and no reason shall exist as to why such status shall not continue immediately following the Closing.
OTCBB Quotation. Denali shall have maintained its status as a company whose common stock is quoted on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board and no reason shall exist as to why such status shall not continue immediately following the Closing.
OTCBB Quotation. Each of Pantheon, Pantheon Arizona or Pantheon Cayman, as appropriate, shall have maintained its status as a company whose common stock or ordinary shares, as the case may be, and warrants are quoted on the OTCBB and no reason shall exist as to why such status shall not continue immediately following the Closing.
OTCBB Quotation. The common stock of URM shall be quoted on the OTC Bulletin Board.
OTCBB Quotation. The Parent shall have maintained the eligibility of the Parent Stock for quotation on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board and no event or circumstance shall exist on the Closing Date that would cause, or could reasonably be expected to cause, the Parent Stock to cease to be so eligible within forty-five (45) days following the Closing.
OTCBB Quotation. Indoor Harvest shall have maintained its status as a company whose common stock is quoted on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board and no reason shall exist as to why such status shall not continue immediately following the Closing. (i)
OTCBB Quotation. Deerfield shall have maintained its status as a company whose common stock is quoted on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board and no reason shall exist as to why such status shall not continue immediately following the Closing.
OTCBB Quotation. Parent shall continue the quotation of its Common Stock on the OTCBB during the term of this Agreement. Parent shall take all reasonable steps to maintain the quotation of its Common Stock on the OTCBB.
OTCBB Quotation. The shares of Parent Common Stock issuable to stockholders of the Company pursuant to this Agreement and such other shares required to be reserved for issuance in connection with the Merger shall have been authorized for quotation on the OTCBB upon official notice of issuance.
