ORIGINAL MEMBERS. The original members of the Fund shall be those of the countries represented at the United Nations Monetary and Financial Conference whose governments accept membership before the date specified in Article XX, Section 2 (e).
ORIGINAL MEMBERS. The original Members of the Company and their percentage membership interests (the “Membership Interests” or “Interests”) are listed on Schedule A attached hereto. A Member’s Interest is a Member’s entire percentage interest in the Company’s business, property, assets, capital, profits and losses, subject to all provisions of this Amended Agreement, the Articles, and the Act.

ORIGINAL MEMBERS. The original Members of the Company shall be those persons who have signed this Agreement and are admitted as a Member of the Company upon the later occurrence of either (a) the formation of the Company or (b) the time provided in and upon compliance with the Certificate of Formation or this written Agreement. If neither so provides, then (c) a person is admitted as a Member when their admission is reflected in the records of the Company.
