Common use of Original Guaranty Clause in Contracts

Original Guaranty. The Subtenant Guarantors and Landlord acknowledge and agree that this Guaranty amends and restates the Original Subtenant Guarantees in their entirety with respect to the Guaranteed Obligations and that this Guaranty shall govern the rights and obligations of the Subtenant Guarantors with respect to the Guaranteed Obligations from and after the date of this Guaranty. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Original Subtenant Guarantees shall continue to govern the rights and obligations of the Subtenant Guarantors with respect to the Guaranteed Obligations (as defined in the Original Subtenant Guarantees) prior to the date of this
