Orientation Meeting. The Union shall be permitted to meet for a minimum of 30 minutes with all OAPSE members and new employees to communicate with them regarding Union business/benefits, and/or sign membership applications, and/or distribute to them a copy of this agreement. Each member may attend one such meeting per year during work hours.
