Organizational Meetings. Organizational meetings with the working team to review developments, discuss any potential challenges and establish action steps, results, timelines and responsibilities.
Organizational Meetings. The newly elected directors shall hold their first meeting to organize the Corporation, elect officers and transact any other business which may properly come before the meeting. An annual organizational meeting of the Board shall be held immediately after each annual meeting of the stockholders, or at such time and place as may be noticed for the meeting.
