Organization Dues. Upon written authorization from a member of the bargaining unit, the District shall deduct from the pay of that employee the monthly amount of dues as certified by the Organization and shall deliver the dues to the treasurer of the Organization. In situations where net pay after taxes and other deductions is not enough to fund dues deductions, no deduction will be taken. In order for a deduction to be made for a given month, the authorization form must be received by the School District no later than the tenth (10th) day of said month.
Organization Dues. 1. The Board agrees to deduct dues and assessments from each employee belonging to COMBO as authorized in writing by the employee.
