Organic Waste. Those materials which are capable of being composted and 380 which would otherwise be processed as Recyclable Material or disposed of as Garbage. 381 Organic Waste includes any vegetative matter resulting from normal yard and landscaping 382 maintenance that is not more than three (3) feet in its longest dimension or six (6) inches in 383 diameter and fits in the Organics Cart utilized by the Service Recipient. Organic Waste 384 includes plant debris, such as palm, yucca and cactus, grass clippings, leaves, pruning, 385 weeds, branches, brush, holiday trees, and other forms of vegetative waste. Organic Waste 386 also includes Food Waste, Stable Matter, and food packaging items such as pizza boxes, 387 paper towels, waxed cardboard and food contaminated paper products. Organic Waste 388 does not include items herein defined as Exempt Waste.

Organic Waste. “Organic Waste” means Solid Waste containing material originated from 354 living organisms and their metabolic waste products, including, but not limited to Food Waste, Green 355 Waste, nonhazardous wood waste, and food-soiled paper waste that is mixed in with Food Waste, organic 356 textiles and organic carpets, lumber, wood, paper products, printing and writing paper, manure, biosolids, 357 digestate, and sludges or as otherwise defined in 14 CCR Section 18982(a)(46).
Organic Waste. Subject to Sections 7.08.4 and 8.04.5, Contractor may not at any time commingle SFD or Commercial Organic Waste Collected pursuant to this Agreement with any other material type Collected by Contractor, without the express prior written authorization of the Agreement Administrator.

Organic Waste. (a) Franchisee shall provide for collection of Organic Waste from Commercial/Industrial Accounts, using Bins, Roll-Off Boxes or Carts, depending upon the Accountsspace limitations and volume of Organic Waste generated, subject to Section 5.1.1 and waivers granted by the City to Premises in accordance with Section 50.18(F) of Chapter 50 of Title V of the Code of Xxxxxxx Park and 14 CCR Section 18984.11.
