Ordering Placements. 3.1 The relevant Employer will issue any relevant purchase order number and send out a call-off contract by post or, where the parties expressly agree, by electronic mail or by the Internet. 3.2 An Employer’s selection of the Contractor to perform Services in relation to a Project shall be dependent on the Contractor entering into a call-off contract with that Employer.
