A party receiving a request, subpoena or order for the disclosure of the terms or conditions of this Agreement shall notify the other party as soon as practicable and if, at all possible, in sufficient time to allow the other party to oppose disclose or seek appropriate protective orders. The party receiving such request, subpoena or order shall cooperate to the extent reasonably possible with the other party in any effort to oppose disclosure or seek protective orders.
