Order Processing and Fulfillment. Licensee will continue to be responsible for all aspects of order processing, fulfillment and returns for the XXX.xxx Site, including those functions set forth on Exhibit I attached to this --------- Agreement. The order processing and fulfillment services provided by Licensee with respect to the XXX.xxx Site will comply with [*]. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Licensee will: (i) enter into merchant agreements in its own name and on its own account with [*]; (ii) provide secure systems for submitting and processing such credit cards; (iii) provide timely order and shipping confirmations to Customers; (iv) promptly process all Orders received from Customers of the XXX.xxx Site, (v) process all transactions through the XXX.xxx Site under the name of "XxxXxxxxxXxxxxxxxx.xxx", and (vi) make appropriate arrangements for the delivery of Sporting Goods and Services purchased through the XXX.xxx Site.
Order Processing and Fulfillment. 7.1 CafePress shall take and process all orders for the Products from CafePress Customers through an electronic purchase order (“Purchase Order”). A Purchase Order will be issued by CafePress to Company via EDI, TCN or similar electronic process on a prompt, ongoing basis, but in any event, no more than twelve (12) hours after each Purchase Order is placed by a Customer, excluding regularly scheduled maintenance of the Website and systems supporting the CafePress Services. Company shall be responsible for all aspects of Purchase Order fulfillment, including the storage and handling associated with the Products.
Order Processing and Fulfillment. All aspects of order processing and fulfillment, including but not limited to sign-up, registration, purchase, fulfillment, cancellation, refunds and payment processing, access, interaction, general inquiries, and customer service and support will be the Company’s responsibility once a Qualified Sale occurs. The Company reserves the right, however, in its sole and absolute discretion and judgment, to reject any orders that do not comply with any requirements that the Company may establish from time to time, or on a case by case basis, and may cancel Products or Services without advance notice. The Company will track the Qualified Purchases generated by the Affiliate and will report this information to Affiliate through monthly Commission Reports issued before distributing monthly Commissions. The Company will provide Affiliate a dashboard through its designated website to allow Affiliate to track and monitor Qualified Purchases. The Company may delay shipment of the Products or the provision of Services for any reason, including without limitation the following reasons: (1) lack of adequate inventory or trainers,

Between the Re-Launch Date and the Transition Date, the Company will be responsible for accurately transmitting to GSI all information related to Orders through the Wireless Products Store which is reasonably requested by GSI, in the time period and format reasonably specified by GSI. GSI will be responsible for all aspects of order processing and fulfillment for the Company Stores and the Wireless Products Store, including those functions set forth on Schedule “E” attached to this Agreement. The order processing and fulfillment services provided by GSI with respect to the Company Stores will be generally comparable in quality as then-current prevailing industry standards for e-commerce Web Sites that sell products and services similar to those then offered through the Company Stores. At the Company’s request, GSI will ship Palm Products in a manner which requires the Customer’s signature for delivery. The Order receipt, processing and fulfillment services provided by GSI with respect to the Company Stores will at a minimum comply with [*]. GSI will only accept Orders for shipments to addresses in the United States and APO/FPO addresses and to addresses in such other locations as are mutually agreed upon

GSI will only accept Orders for shipments to addresses in the United States and APO/FPO addresses and to addresses in such other locations as are mutually agreed upon by the Parties; provided, however, that GSI shall also accept Orders for shipments to addresses in [*] beginning [*] and continuing throughout the Term.
Order Processing and Fulfillment. MassGenie will determine when one of your items is sold to a Buyer on the terms set forth in this Agreement, at which time MassGenie will notify you of the transaction by providing you the order and shipping information to ship your item to the MassGenie Buyer. All transactions will be in U.S. Dollars (US$). Seller agrees to pack, fulfill, ship and deliver each item order on MassGenie to each Buyer. Once MassGenie has transmitted an order to Seller, Seller will at its own expense, be solely responsible for, and bear all liability for, the fulfillment of the Order, including without limitation, packaging and shipping of Products, securing the services of and payment of any freight forwarder or customs broker service charges (as may be required for any particular shipment), import or export duties or taxes (as applicable), and Customer service. Seller agrees that legal ownership and all risk of loss of the Products remains with Seller until the Customer physically receives the Product from Seller. If Seller cannot fulfill the entire quantity of a purchase order (PO) line in an Order, then the Seller will cancel that PO line, fulfill all other lines in the Order and notify Massgenie of such cancellation. If the Order consists of one PO line that Seller cannot fulfill the entire quantity for, then Seller will cancel the entire Order and notify Massgenie.

Affiliate shall not accept orders for Products. THEATLASSTORE is solely responsible for Product order processing and fulfillment. Order information, including customer information, is considered confidential and will not be provided to Affiliate.

As between XxxXxxx.xxx and the Company, the Company will be responsible for processing User orders, overseeing the preparation of order forms, processing User payments, cancellations and returns, tracking sales through the XxxXxxx.xxx Mall, providing XxxXxxx.xxx with reports summarizing such sales activity, and all other functions and duties necessary and incidental to the Company Service.
