ORDER OF ASSIGNMENT. In order to minimize the occasions and circumstances when it is necessary to assign regularly scheduled Hospice nurses to provide relief telepage coverage, the Employer will seek such coverage in the following order of priority: Volunteers, Per diem nurses, Relief Telepage Nurses assigned on a rotational basis.

ORDER OF ASSIGNMENT. 13.1 The property and risk on the product shall pass to the Buyer as the product passes Vessel's first (1st) permanent hose connection at loading port.
13.2 The Parties may assign their rights and responsibilities under the present Contract to third parties only upon written approval of the other Party.
ORDER OF ASSIGNMENT. A. The priority to receive assignments in any given discipline (instructional and non- instructional) will be based on pool rankings within three (3) pools, beginning in Pool 1, from the highest to the lowest rank.
B. Ranking within each pool will be based on DoH. If two unit members have the same DoH, preference will be determined by the total number of semesters and sessions taught, or sessions worked for non-instructional staff. If a tie remains, the assignment will be made by lottery.
C. Assignments will be given first to part-time unit members in Pool 1, then to part-time unit members in Pool 2, and lastly to part-time unit members in Pool 3.
D. Eligibility to be offered courses or hours in multiple modalities (on-ground, online, an OnlineLIVE) is dependent on meeting the minimum qualifications to teach the course, having the required certification, and not having received an average evaluation score below 3.0 in an evaluation for the modality being assigned. In order to teach Online and Hybrid courses the instructor must be online certified. In order to teach HyFlex and OnlineLIVE courses the instructor must be OnlineLIVE certified.
ORDER OF ASSIGNMENT. A. Reserve Flight Attendants shall be assigned pairings to provide for as even a distribution of flying as possible. Reserves who are used out of order will be compensated at one and one-half (1.5) times the applicable trip rate for all trips flown or credited. Order of assignment will be applied in the following manner:
1. Relative Daily Value (RDV) RDV is calculated by subtracting the Reserve month to date TFP and credits and the TFP associated with the remaining Reserve days from the Reserve guarantee. Formula: Block/Month Guarantee – TFP flown towards Block/Month Guarantee – (Days Left in Block/Month x 6.5) = RDV. When more than one (1) Flight Attendant returns to the domicile on the same day, the Flight Attendant with the highest RDV who is legal for the assignment will be used first. In instances where two (2) or more Flight Attendants have the same RDV, the most junior Flight Attendant will be assigned first.
2. Crew Scheduling will assign Reserves within the same category (SAR/SPR/JAR/JPR/JLR) and with the same number of days remaining in their Reserve block in the following order:
a. Flight Attendants with a RDV of zero or higher and a Fly preference in seniority order.
b. Flight Attendants with a RDV of zero or higher and a Pass preference in reverse seniority order.
c. Flight Attendants with a RDV of less than zero in order from the highest RDV to the lowest.
d. Flight Attendants with an equal RDV value less than zero will be assigned in the following order:
1. Flight Attendants with a Fly preference in seniority order.
2. Flight Attendants with a Pass preference in reverse seniority order. When assigning APSB, Crew Scheduling will assign Flight Attendants who have indicated an APSB preference before Flight Attendants who have not.
3. PASS/FLY Preference Flight Attendants may enter a Pass or Fly preference in the crew management system. The established preference will remain the same unless changed by the Flight Attendant. In the event that the Flight Attendant does not select a preference, the crew management system will default to the Fly preference. A Flight Attendant has the option to change her/his preference throughout the Reserve block if not already assigned. The preference established at 1659 Central Time will apply for the Reserve assignment(s) the following day.

ORDER OF ASSIGNMENT. The assignment of classes for associate faculty members is based upon the availability of department offerings. To receive an assignment, the associate faculty must meet the state minimum qualifications for the Faculty Service Areas (FSA) and have adequate preparation for the specific course for assignment through appropriate education and experience, earned either inside or outside the District. For associate faculty in the qualified temporary pool who meet the above criteria, courses shall be assigned first to those with Re‐Employment Preference in order of seniority based on date of first assignment within each department with available department offerings, and then to non-REP associate faculty, in order of seniority based on the date of first assignment after the second satisfactory evaluation has been achieved in the non‐REP qualified temporary pool in order of seniority based on date of first assignment within each department with available department offerings.

Neither Party is entitled to transfer their rights and/or obligations under this Contract to a third party without the other party's prior written (including telex) consent, unless it is the transfer of the fuel from seller to buyer as it pertains to the delivery Any such assignment shall be effected by notice in writing from the Assign or signed by Assignee who takes responsibility for the obligations under this Contract. The Party, which is transferring right, is appointed guarantor for fulfilling obligations taken by the Assignee.
