Common use of Order of Application Clause in Contracts

Order of Application. To the extent any payment made to any Lender or any Lessor pursuant to sections 7.2, 7.3, 7.4, 7.6 or 7.7 is insufficient to pay in full the Participant Balance of such Lender or Lessor, then each such payment shall first be applied to accrued interest or Yield and then to principal on the Loans or the Lessor Amounts, as applicable.

Order of Application. Order of Application. To the extent any payment made distributed to any Lender or any Lessor Participant pursuant to sections Section 7.2, 7.3, 7.4, 7.5 or 7.6 or 7.7 is insufficient to pay in full the Participant Balance of such Lender or Lessorany Participant plus all accrued interest, Return and Yield (as applicable) thereon, then each such payment shall first be applied to accrued interest interest, Return or Yield and then to outstanding principal on the Loans Loans, outstanding Capital or the any outstanding Lessor Amounts, as applicable.

Order of Application. To the extent any payment made to any Lender or any Lessor Participant pursuant to sections 7.2Sections 5.3, 7.35.4, 7.45.5, 7.6 5.8 or 7.7 5.13 is insufficient to pay in full the Participant Balance of such Lender or LessorParticipant, then each such payment shall first be applied to accrued interest or Yield and then to principal on the Loans or the Lessor Investment Amounts, as applicable.
