Order Cancellation or Modification. DRL may cancel a Purchase Order or modify the date of shipment or the quantity of Product specified in a Purchase Order, by submitting a written change order request to Supplier and Supplier shall use commercially reasonable efforts to approve the cancellation or modification requested by DRL, or such other modifications that might be mutually acceptable, and shall advise DRL of its determination within five (5) business days of the submission of DRL’s proposed change order.
Order Cancellation or Modification. The Client may request order modifications. Prime Global FX may offer new contract terms based on market conditions. • Prime Global FX may cancel an order upon the Client’s request or insist on its execution. • If the Client cancels or fails to fulfill an order, they are responsible for any resulting losses. • The Client may lose part or all of their deposit in case of cancellation.
