Oral or Visual Disclosure. Any Party that discloses Export Controlled Information orally or visually shall identify it as Export Controlled Information at the time of disclosure.

No Third Party Rights Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, this Agreement is intended solely for the benefit of the parties hereto and is not intended to confer any benefits upon, or create any rights in favor of, any Person other than the parties hereto.
Disclosure to Third Parties (a) Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of Section 7.1, the Parties may disclose Confidential Information belonging to the other Party:
