OR OMISSIONS. Any inadvertent delay, error, or omission will not be held to relieve either party hereto from any liability that would attach to it hereunder if such delay, error, or omission had not been made, providing any error or omission will be rectified upon discovery.
OR OMISSIONS. GATOR GREEK PAGES’ liability shall be limited to a pro-rate abatement to the extent that an error or omission affects the entire advertisement of listing. OR OMISSIONS. Errors or omissions of an administrative nature on the part of the Company shall not invalidate the reinsurance under this Agreement provided such errors or omissions are corrected promptly, but not later than 30 days after discovery thereof; but the liability of the Reinsurer under this Agreement or any exhibits, addenda, or endorsements attached hereto shall in no event exceed the limits specified herein nor be extended to cover any risks, perils, lines of business or classes of insurance generally or specifically excluded herein.

  • Delays or Omissions No delay or omission to exercise any right, power or remedy accruing to any party under this Agreement, upon any breach or default of any other party under this Agreement, shall impair any such right, power or remedy of such non-breaching or non-defaulting party nor shall it be construed to be a waiver of any such breach or default, or an acquiescence therein, or of or in any similar breach or default thereafter occurring; nor shall any waiver of any single breach or default be deemed a waiver of any other breach or default theretofore or thereafter occurring.
