Common use of Options upon Breach by Contractor Clause in Contracts

Options upon Breach by Contractor. If Contractor materially breaches any of the terms of this Agreement, City’s remedies will include, but not be limited to, any or all of the following: 5.5.1 Immediate cancellation of the Agreement; 5.5.2 Retention of the plans, specifications, drawings, reports, design documents, and any other work product prepared by Contractor pursuant to this Agreement prior to cancellation.
