Common use of Options upon Breach by Contractor Clause in Contracts

Options upon Breach by Contractor. If Contractor materially breaches any of the terms of this Agreement, District's remedies shall include but not be limited to the following: 7.5.1 Immediate termination of the Agreement; 7.5.2 Retention of the plans, reports, documents, and any other work product prepared by Contractor pursuant to this Agreement; and/or 7.5.3 Retention of a different Contractor to complete any work described in Exhibit A remaining unfinished by Contractor.
