Options and Rights. At the Closing Date there shall be no outstanding Options with respect to TWI's or NCI's outstanding capital stock or TCP's partnership interests, except the warrant issued to NationsCredit Commercial Corporation. There are no existing Contracts or Options between TCP on the one hand, and any other Person, on the other hand, regarding the shares of outstanding capital stock of TWI and NCI, except as may relate to NationsCredit Commercial Corporation and Mr. Xxxxxx X.
