Optional Repurchases. At any time that the Aggregate Investment is less than 10% of the Aggregate Commitment in effect on the date hereof, the Seller may, upon at least five Business Days’ notice to the Agent, repurchase the entire Sold Interest from the Purchasers at a price equal to the outstanding Matured Aggregate Investment and all other amounts then owed hereunder. No Early Payment Fee shall be payable in connection with a repurchase made in accordance with the terms of this Section.
