Common use of Option to Purchase Common Stock Clause in Contracts

Option to Purchase Common Stock. a. Subject to Section 12 hereof, the Corporation hereby grants to the Company an option (the "Option") to purchase from the Corporation 30,000 Option Shares, at a purchase price of $5.50 per Option Share (the "Option Price"). The Company's right and option to purchase the Option Shares shall vest on November 15, 1994. With respect to the Option, the "Option Period" shall commence on the date hereof and terminate on November 15, 1997.

Option to Purchase Common Stock. a. Subject to Section 12 5 hereof, the Corporation hereby grants to the Company Employee an option (the "Option") to purchase from the Corporation 30,000 1,173,000 vested Option Shares, excluding options previously exercised, at a purchase price of $5.50 1.50 per Option Share (the "Option Price"). The Company's right and option to purchase the Option Shares shall vest on November 15, 1994. With respect to the Option, the "Option Period" shall commence on the date hereof and terminate on November 15December 31, 19972003.
