Common use of Option; Option Price Clause in Contracts

Option; Option Price. On the terms and subject to the conditions of this Agreement, the Optionee shall have the option (the "Option") to purchase up to 2,000 shares (the "Option Shares") of Common Stock at the price per Option Share equal to the closing price of publicly traded common stock of the Company as listed on the NASDAQ National Market as of the close of said market on December 31, 1997 (the "Option Price").

Option; Option Price. On the terms and subject to the conditions of this Agreement, the Optionee shall have the option (the "Option") to purchase up to 2,000 1,500 shares (the "Option Shares") of Common Stock at the price of $132 per Option Share equal to the closing price of publicly traded common stock of the Company as listed on the NASDAQ National Market as of the close of said market on December 31, 1997 (the "Option Price").

Option; Option Price. On the terms and subject to the conditions of this Agreement, the Optionee shall have the option (the "Option") to purchase up to 2,000 10,000 shares (the "Option Shares") of Common Stock at the price per Option Share equal to the closing price of publicly traded common stock of the Company as listed on the NASDAQ National Market as of the close of said market on December 31October 28, 1997 1998 (the "Option Price").

Option; Option Price. On the terms and subject to the conditions of this Agreement, the Optionee shall have the option (the "“Option"”) to purchase up to 2,000 17777.78 shares (the "“Option Shares"”) of Common Stock at the price of $86.43 per Option Share equal to the closing price of publicly traded common stock of the Company as listed on the NASDAQ National Market as of the close of said market on December 31, 1997 (the "“Option Price"”).
