Common use of Option Aircraft Clause in Contracts

Option Aircraft. The Buyer and the Seller agree to cancel eight (8) Option Aircraft with CAC ID Nos. 159980, 159981, 159982, 159983, 180973, 180974, 180975 and 180976 from calendar years 2014 and 2015. All rights and obligations of the parties related to these eight (8) Option Aircraft are hereby extinguished, except as set forth in Paragraph 2.4.

Option Aircraft. 3.2.1 The Buyer and the Seller agree to (i) cancel eight three (8) Option 3) option Aircraft with CAC ID NosNo’s. 159980159966, 159981, 159982, 159983, 180973, 180974, 180975 159968 and 180976 159969 from calendar years 2014 year 2011, (ii) cancel four (4) option Aircraft with CAC ID No’s. 159976, 159977, 159988, and 2015180961 from calendar year 2012, and cancel three option Aircraft with CAC ID No’s. 180 971, 180 972, and 180 982 from calendar year 2013. All rights and obligations of the parties related to these eight ten (8) Option 10) option Aircraft are hereby extinguished, except as set forth in Paragraph 2.43.3.

Option Aircraft. The Buyer and the Seller agree to (i) cancel eight two (8) Option 2) option Aircraft with CAC ID NosNo’s. 159980, 159981, 159982, 159983, 180973, 180974, 180975 159970 and 180976 159971 from calendar years 2014 year 2011 and 2015(ii) cancel four (4) option Aircraft with CAC ID No’s. 159978, 159979, 180962, and 180963 from calendar year 2012. All rights and obligations of the parties related to these eight six (8) Option 6) option Aircraft are hereby extinguished, except as set forth in Paragraph 2.43.3.

The Buyer and the Seller agree to cancel eight seven (8) Option 7) option Aircraft with CAC ID Nos. 159980180965, 159981180966, 159982180967, 159983180968, 180973180969, 180974, 180975 180970 and 180976 180981 from calendar years 2014 and 2015year 2013. All rights and obligations of the parties related to these eight seven (8) Option 7) option Aircraft are hereby extinguished, except as set forth in Paragraph 2.43.3.
