Option 2 – Lease Return Sample Clauses

Option 2 – Lease Return. Gap may request that Supplier return leased Workstations to the appropriate lessor in accordance with all applicable lease instructions, as provided by Gap. This task is complete upon receipt of the returned Workstations by the designated shipping company. Gap will reimburse Supplier for actual packing and transportation charges.
