Optimi’s Review and Proposal Sample Clauses

Optimi’s Review and Proposal. Upon receipt of a Change Request, Optimi shall promptly review the request and assess its impact on the terms of the Agreement, including but not limited to, pricing, delivery schedules, lead times, production processes, and any other relevant factors. Within 10 business days, Optimi shall provide Psyence with a written proposal ("Change Order Proposal") that details the adjustments necessary to accommodate the requested changes, including any revisions to the price, delivery timelines, or other contractual terms.
