Common use of Opt-Out Procedures Clause in Contracts

Opt-Out Procedures. Class Members who wish to opt out of and be excluded from the Settlement must submit a Request for Exclusion to the Class Administrator, postmarked or submitted online no later than the Opt-Out Deadline.
