Opportunity to Meet. Suspension without pay or termination of employment shall be imposed only by the Superintendent. If a suspension without pay is to be considered pursuant to Section 2 hereof, the employee shall be afforded an opportunity to meet with the Superintendent. The employee may elect to have representation in attendance at any such meeting. In the absence of the Superintendent, another District Office administrator may act as the Superintendent's designee for purposes of this section.

If a suspension without pay is to be considered pursuant to Section 2. above, the teacher shall be afforded an opportunity to meet with the Superintendent or his/her designee, and the teacher may elect to have a representative in attendance at any such meeting.
Opportunity to Meet. Each Insider has had the opportunity to meet with representatives of the Company and to have them answer any questions and provide information regarding the finances, operations, business and prospects of the Company and BT deemed relevant by each Insider, and all such questions have been answered and requested information provided to each Insider’s full satisfaction.
Opportunity to Meet. In the event the Nebraska State College System receives additional unrestricted general funds for 2009-2010 or 2010-2011 (beyond the 2008- 2009 base appropriation) the Vice Chancellor for Employee Relations, the Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration, and College representatives agree to meet with NAPE to discuss support staff salaries relative to any such increase. General Fund increases do not include funds specifically restricted for designated uses. This provision does not constitute a requirement to renegotiate wages or reopen compensation provisions during the term of this Agreement.
Opportunity to Meet. A teacher shall be afforded their Xxxxxxxxxx rights any time a teacher’s meeting with School District administration may result in disciplinary action and the teacher may elect to have a representative in attendance at any such meeting. If the teacher requests representation, such representative shall be made available by the Association within two (2) work days of the time the School District proposes to meet with the teacher to discuss the disciplinary action. Suspension with or without pay shall be imposed only by the Executive Director or the Executive Director’s designee. If a suspension without pay is to be considered the teacher shall be afforded an opportunity to meet with the Executive Director or the Executive Director’s designee, and the teacher may elect to have a representative in attendance at any such meeting and such representative shall be made available by the Association within 24 hours of the time the School District proposes to meet with the teacher.
