Opportunity to Confer. When administratively feasible, principals will have an opportunity to confer with anyone being considered for assignment to their staff.
Opportunity to Confer. The Company advises Employee to confer with an attorney of Employee’s own choosing before entering into this Agreement. Employee represents that Employee has had a full opportunity to confer with an attorney and, if Employee has not done so, Employee has knowingly and voluntarily waived the right to confer with an attorney before entering into this Agreement.
Opportunity to Confer. The Company advises Executive to confer with an attorney of Executive’s own choosing before entering into this Agreement. Executive represents that Executive has had a full opportunity to confer with an attorney before signing this Agreement. If Executive signs this Agreement without conferring with an attorney, Executive knowingly and voluntarily waives the opportunity to confer with an attorney before signing this Agreement.
Opportunity to Confer. Xxxxxx Mac has advised and hereby advises Executive to confer with an attorney of Executive’s own choosing before entering into this Agreement. Executive represents that Executive has had a full opportunity to confer with an attorney and, Executive has done so. Executive expressly acknowledges and agrees that he has read this Agreement carefully, that he has had sufficient time and opportunity to consult with an attorney or other advisor of his choosing concerning his execution of this Agreement. Executive acknowledges and agrees that he fully understands that the Agreement is final and binding, that it contains a full release of all claims and potential claims, and that the only promises or representations he has relied upon in signing this Agreement are those specifically contained in the Agreement itself.
