Common use of Operator’s Representative Clause in Contracts

Operator’s Representative. The Operator’s Representative shall have authority to act on behalf of the Operator in relation to all matters concerning the performance of the Operation Services save to the extent of any limitation on such authority of which the Operator has given the Owner notice and, for the avoidance of doubt, the Owner’s Representative shall not have authority to act on the matters set out in the last paragraph of Clause 5.2 above. The Operator’s Representative shall be a member of the Joint Operating Committee.
