Operations and Properties. The Borrower and, so long as the Servicer and the Originator are the same entity, the Servicer shall each act prudently and in accordance with customary industry standards in managing and operating its Property and shall continue to underwrite, hedge and sell Mortgage Loans in the same diligent manner it has applied in the past and take no greater credit or market risks than are currently being borne by it.
