Common use of Operational Clause in Contracts

Operational. All expenses for running and operating, working and maintenance of all machineries, equipments, installations and accessories for common facilities and utilities (including generator, lifts, water pump with motor etc.) and all costs for cleaning and lighting the main entrance passage, landings, staircase and other common areas of the New Building and keeping the adjoining side space in good and repaired conditions.
