Operational Support Systems (OSS. 3.16.1 BellSouth has developed and made available the following mechanized systems by which Choice Telephone Company may submit LSRs electronically: Local Exchange Navigation System (LENS), Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and Telecommunications Access Gateway (TAG). All costs incurred by BellSouth to develop and implement operational interfaces shall be recovered from CLECs who utilize the interfaces.
