Common use of Operational Services Clause in Contracts

Operational Services. Manager shall use commercially reasonable efforts to oversee the efficient and orderly operation of the HUH Facilities and shall provide the following services in accordance to the terms hereof, or if not herein specified then at least at the level of prevailing industry practices (the “Management Services”), specifically including the following (compensation for which, unless otherwise specifically set forth herein, shall be included within the Management Fee payable to Manager described in Section 13 hereof):

Operational Services. Manager shall use commercially reasonable efforts to oversee the efficient and orderly operation of the HUH I-70CH Facilities and shall provide the following services in accordance to the terms hereof, or if not herein specified then at least at the level of prevailing industry practices (the “Management Services”), specifically including the following (compensation for which, unless otherwise specifically set forth herein, shall be included within the Management Fee payable to Manager described in Section 13 hereof):practices:
