Operational Communications. Any operational communications given by or on behalf of a party may be by telephone or other instantaneous means of communication. Operational communications are to be recorded in a manner satisfactory to the parties. (1) Any operational communications given in the course of the day to day operation of the network or the facilities of either party by or on behalf of a party (in this clause called “operational communications”) may be by telephone or other instantaneous means of communication. .
