Operational and Functional. Differences between the 9725 Memory HiViewer and the 8860 Series On-screen operating and setting procedures are almost the same as on the instrument. Refer to the instrument’s Instruction Manual for setting procedure details. The operational and functional difference between the program and the instrument are described below. File Operation Differences File operations on the instrument are performed on the File screen, while with the 9725 Memory HiViewer they are performed using Windows Explorer. System Settings and Setting Screen Item Differences The Communication Settings, External Terminal Settings and Setting Configuration screens in the Sys- tem Settings are not available in the program. In addition, some setting items on each setting screen are not displayed in the program.   • Information Services Traffic 5.1 For purposes of this Section 5, Voice Information Services and Voice Information Services Traffic refer to switched voice traffic, delivered to information service providers who offer recorded voice announcement information or open vocal discussion programs to the general public. Voice Information Services Traffic does not include any form of Internet Traffic. Voice Information Services Traffic also does not include 555 traffic or similar traffic with AIN service interfaces, which traffic shall be subject to separate arrangements between the Parties.   • Review Systems; Personnel It will maintain business process management and/or other systems necessary to ensure that it can perform each Test and, on execution of this Agreement, will load each Test into these systems.   • Mixed Functions An employee engaged for more than two hours during one day or shift on duties carrying a higher rate than his or her ordinary classification shall be paid the higher rate for such day or shift.   • Investigational Services This plan covers certain experimental or investigational services as described in this section. Clinical Trials This plan covers clinical trials as required under R.I. General Law § 27-20-60. An approved clinical trial is a phase I, phase II, phase III, or phase IV clinical trial that is being performed to prevent, detect or treat cancer or a life-threatening disease or condition. In order to qualify, the clinical trial must be: • federally funded; • conducted under an investigational new drug application reviewed by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA); or • a drug trial that is exempt from having such an investigational new drug application. To qualify to participate in a clinical trial: • you must be determined to be eligible, according to the trial protocol; • a network provider must have concluded that your participation would be appropriate; and • medical and scientific information must have been provided establishing that your participation in the clinical trial would be appropriate. If a network provider is participating in a clinical trial, and the trial is being conducted in the state in which you reside, you may be required to participate in the trial through the network provider. Coverage under this plan includes routine patient costs for covered healthcare services furnished in connection with participation in a clinical trial. The amount you pay is based on the type of service you receive. Coverage for clinical trials does not include: • the investigational item, device, or service itself; • items or services provided solely to satisfy data collection and that are not used in the direct clinical management; or • a service that is clearly inconsistent with widely accepted standards of care.

  • Telemedicine Services This plan covers clinically appropriate telemedicine services when the service is provided via remote access through an on-line service or other interactive audio and video telecommunications system in accordance with R.I.   • Primary Function The primary function of the Program Manager is to provide strategic guidance and direction to the Project Team and to manage the Project on behalf of the Owner. Program Manager agrees that the services provided by the Program Manager are intended to coordinate and complement the activities of the Project Team, but not to diminish, alter or substitute for any of the services, authority, obligations or responsibilities being provided by the Design Professional and CM/GC under their respective contracts. Nothing herein shall be deemed to impose upon the Program Manager any responsibilities to provide any services constituting the practice of architecture, engineering, or any related design profession, or to provide any services constituting construction or means and methods of construction.   • Customer Relationships The Executive understands and acknowledges that the Company has expended significant resources over many years to identify, develop, and maintain its clients. The Executive additionally acknowledges that the Company’s clients have had continuous and long-standing relationships with the Company and that, as a result of these close, long-term relationships, the Company possesses significant knowledge of and confidential information about its clients and their needs. Finally, the Executive acknowledges the Executive’s association and contact with these clients is derived solely from Executive’s employment with the Company. The Executive further acknowledges that the Company does business throughout the United States and that the Executive personally has significant contact with the Company’s clients and customers solely as a result of Executive’s relationship with the Company.
