Operation in California. For the duration of the Project Equipment Operational Period, Grantee shall operate the Project Equipment within California, and if applicable in the disadvantaged or low-income communities as specified in the “% Operation” column in Table 1 of Attachment A. Grantee must demonstrate, as part of the Annual Monitoring Reports, that the percentages of operation within California as identified in Table 1 have been achieved for each year of operation. Failure to do so may result in repayment of grant funds.

The Air District may elect to issue partial payment(s) based on electricity already delivered or expected to be delivered at the Air District’s discretion.
